See how your spend actually connects.
Most tools give you a list of charges. Spendrein also gives you a map: an interactive canvas of the payment sources, vendors, subscriptions, contracts, projects, and owners behind your spend — and the relationships that tie them together.
Every moving part, in one place.
- Payment sources

A canvas, not a spreadsheet.
Seven entity types on one canvas
Payment sources, vendors, subscriptions, contracts, transactions, projects, and owners appear as nodes, connected by the relationships between them — what a card pays for, which project a subscription is assigned to, which vendor a charge belongs to, what renews under a contract.
Built from your data, editable by you
Spendrein infers the obvious links — payment source to subscription, subscription to vendor, allocations to projects — and a connect mode lets you draw the ones it can't, so the map reflects what you actually know.
Filter and save the view
Filter by entity type and confidence, lay the canvas out the way you think, and save it as a named view. An inspector panel summarizes whatever node you select, including its monthly run-rate.
The whole picture, not a list
A table tells you what you pay. The canvas tells you how it all hangs together — the duplicate vendor two teams reach through different cards, the project carrying a contract nobody remembers renewing.
The canvas reads everything else you set up.
It draws on the spend a SaaS audit surfaces, the vendors you organize, and the projects you allocate to — then shows them as one connected picture.
The relationship canvas, plainly explained.
What is the financial relationship canvas?
An interactive canvas that maps how your spend connects — payment sources, vendors, subscriptions, contracts, transactions, projects, and owners as nodes, with the relationships between them (what a card pays for, which project a subscription is assigned to, which vendor a charge belongs to, what renews under a contract) drawn as links you can explore.
Is the graph built automatically?
Largely, yes. Spendrein infers relationships from your data — payment-source-to-subscription, subscription-to-vendor, allocations to projects — and you can also draw your own links in connect mode when you know a connection the data doesn't show.
Can I save a particular view of the graph?
Yes. You can filter by entity type and confidence, lay the canvas out the way you want, and save it as a named view to come back to — with an inspector panel that summarizes a selected node, including its monthly run-rate.
Is the relationship canvas a paid feature?
The canvas is available across plans as part of your workspace. The paid plans (Operator and Business) add the surrounding capabilities — contract tracking, benchmarks, renewal alerts, and savings intelligence.
Stop reading rows. Start seeing connections.
Run a free audit and the canvas fills in from your own data — no credit card, no bank linking.
